Factory Introduction
My company specializes in the production of exhibition displays of various kinds, the main products being classified by function as: e-Labo series, network series, poster stand series, X exhibit series, promotion counter series, flagpole series, desktop series, wheel line series and miscellaneous items.
The factory has its own adornment, crowding out, pull-up, hardware processing, and four workshops for the production of spare parts for the front track, which have the qualifications and conditions for autonomous research and development, and eight workshops for the rear track: a shop for outside trade, a workshop for X displays, a workshop for network lifting, a workshop for promotion, a workshop for intra-trade Rapo, a workshop for lamps, a workshop for truncheons and a workshop for graphics. The following is a description of the production functions of the workshops and their division of products:
1. A plastics workshop for the production of plastics parts of various products of our plant, 14 self-contained plastics machines, nearly 800 payment for the development of various moulds at the plant, double shifts for daily production and 24-hour stopovers to ensure the timely supply of plastics parts in the workshops.
2. Squeeze out of the workshop and produce various types of plastics, including plastic door series, plastic tubes, weighting, promotional sidebands, etc.
3. A pole-pushing workshop, various types of bottling products, with the main service in the X display series.
4. A hardware processing workshop to produce metal accessories for various products.
